I build data systems for capital markets: models that score, agents that research, and analysis that holds up under questioning.

BriefWhy finance, why data

I study industrial and systems engineering at Georgia Tech with a FinTech minor. A portfolio, a vendor ledger and a supply chain look different, but they are the same kind of problem: noisy data, constrained resources, and a decision that has to be defended.

At Tata Power in Mumbai I used SQL and gradient boosting on SAP BW data for about 7,000 vendors and quantified roughly $8.8M in annual savings from revised early-payment terms, which the finance team validated. On the Georgia Tech Student Foundation Investment Committee I research consumer discretionary holdings and pitch bull and bear cases.

Outside of internships I build an agent that does the first pass of equity research on its own and research statistical arbitrage with Dr. Shijie Deng. Before any of that, I ran a handmade jewellery business through Instagram and my own website. It taught me what an order error costs and who ends up fixing it.
